I purchased a 2005 BMW R1200 GS from European Cycles of Plano in December 2023. I was unable to travel to the dealership after finding the BMW online. Cole helped me through the entire process answering all my questions, staying in touch throughout the purchase process and even arranged a great transport driver. I want to give thanks to all the team at European Cycle Sports for their ability to pull off the seemingly impossible. I have a special story to tell. I live outside of town in Tyler Texas. I was planning a trip to see my sister who is aging and doing quite unwell lately. I am 68 years old and my sister is 84. My family has been quite concerned about my sister's health as she has had several close calls lately. I had planned a trip to see her on Saturday when my whole family could all plan a visit from several different states to see her. I had hitched a ride with someone to the shop on Friday morning to pick up a new motorcycle. I was planning on using it to make this trip to Bastrop Texas the following day to meet with my family. When I was dropped off at the shop that morning it became evident that the shop had no electrical power. A transformer had blown and the electrical company would not be able to restore the service until late that evening. The shop made an offer to me to put me up at a nearby hotel for the evening. This was not going to work for me for two reasons. I would miss the visit with my family, and I needed to get to my own personal medicine that I failed to bring with me. This is where European Cycle Sports and their dedicated employees pulled out all the stops for me. They managed to do the seemingly impossible. Even though they were not able to conduct business that day, they managed to find a way to print all the documents necessary to finalize my transaction. They used a combination of memory sticks, patch cords and extension cords that they were able to purchase locally to make it all happen. With no air-conditioning and the temperature over 100 degree plus extremely high humidity these people were actually dripping in sweat to get it done! I can never thank them enough for what the accomplished for me that day. I want to especially thank Wade Cole my salesman, Brian "Zig-Zag" Claypole the business manager, and Jessica Driscoll the parts manager for sticking with the task at hand and "Getting-Er-Done". All of the staff went way out of their way to step up to challenge of meeting my needs that day. I have no doubt in my mind that this shop places their customers' needs first on their list of priorities! It will be my honor to become one of their many loyal customers!

At my age, I'm no longer willing to waste my time writing bad reviews about businesses, and or their employees, etc. It's simply too common these days.
I will however make time to acknowledge any truly great experiences I encounter, like the one I just had bought a new Triumph.
everyone talks about great customer service, a term is thrown around to the point of becoming meaningless.
I'll try to be a bit more specific. From my first visit to browse, through my second visit to buy, it was unquestionably the most stress-free major purchase I've made in years. Cole was knowledgable and helpful. He listened when I outlined what I was looking for in the ride and what I was comfortable spending. Asked pertinent questions and offered suggestions that made sense. I was left alone to browse and consider my options. Only after I asked, did Cole and Zig Zag ( Im assuming Zig Zag is some sort of Swedish/Dude With The Dragon Tattoo kind of name) start the process of running some numbers.
I appreciated the totally transparent worksheet that broke all the costs down and gave me the honest to God, out-the-door price.
I left with what I needed to make a decision.
I took two weeks and didnt receive a single annoying email or phone call. When I returned to buy the bike I believe Cole and Zigzag worked to find the best terms at a competitive price that became a great price after some of the extras they included in the package. Again, a stress-free deal from some really good folks. I highly recommend them.

Had shopped around East Texas for a Triumph Tiger 1200. I sent an email requesting contact and Cole called very quickly. He was very accommodating and soon made the best deal I had found. I went the following week to the business and met Cole and ZigZag (finance guy). Both were great, made the sale very quick and painless. First time for me but, I had a rock, punch a hole in my rear-tire, on my Speed Triple. Soly in Service took-care of me from start to finish and she/Euro Cycles are amazing. While the tire was being replaced, they serviced my brakes and looked-over the whole bike. Coming out of the store today, EVERYTHING felt new/reset. I want to make a special shout out to Derek in Service along with Rich and Jacob and everyone else, especially the mechanic who took the time to go to the extra trouble to diagnose my 2016 Triumph Daytona 675 R and save it from a much unwanted overhaul. Derek took the time to really listen to my worries and concerns in regards to what was going on over the phone before I had even come to the shop. Once I did show up, we carefully went over everything again and he gave me a estimate as to how much I was looking at. Derek stayed in contact with me throughout the whole three week process. The bike is perfect and runs like it did when it was new. He even came in roughly $50 below the estimate, which I am most grateful about! I truly believe that the Service department guys will, without a doubt know whats going on with your bike. This knowledge does not come cheap, if you looking for cheap, I suggest you go somewhere else. But if you looking for professionalism, know how and dedication to correcting your particular situation, this is it. Thanks again guys, take care and have an awesome summer!

I would like to send my compliments to your parts and service department. Specially to Jim Gutierrez and Jake. I purchased my bike in a different BMW dealership a week ago. One of the lights on my dashboard came up and I was told that it was normal by one of the mechanic at the dealer I purchased my bike from. I was not quite convinced with that opinion and googled "BMW Dallas" and your dealer came up and decide to take my bike to your shop. In a busy Saturday, with several riders waiting, Jim listened to my issues and took the bike in the back. Within minutes he resolved the problem with one of you service mechanics and updated the software on my S1000XR. Jim knew that the bike was purchased in different dealer and took owernwship of the problem. He was very customer service oriented and had extreme knowledge of my bike and the BMW brand. Since I was 7 years old when dad let me trade a Holstein calf for a Cushman scooter, I have enjoyed motorcycles. I have owned only 7 bikes through the years and my current is a 2016 Triumph Bonneville Speed Twin. I finally decided to trade my 2007 HD Sportster 883XL. I had nothing against the bike but production is pulling away from air-cooling in all manufactures little at a time. I have loved the Triumph image since Steve McQueen and with the help of Jon Dominguez I now have my Triumph. I have read different reviews and opinions about the changes to the Bonneville with some calling it a UJM. Well if the Japanese had not loved the motorcycle enough to improve the reliability most of us riders would have gotten fired from our jobs because we broke down heading to work. Any descent parent always wants their child to do better than they did. We should be no different in manufacturing. And that is how I see the new Bonnie. Still has the look I want just loads more fun to ride and not worry about pushing home. Jon you will always be my friend and go to guy. Thanks to all of yall I'm a happy and thankful and permanent customer even though I live 60 miles away here in Sherman.

After that before I knew it I was selling my Ducati for cash to put down on a new Triumph Tiger 800 XCX. Every time I came in your staff was great. My search for a new BMW motorcycle started with choosing your website to look at and looking at your used inventory. I never expected to have a salesman actually find the exact bike I was looking for much less email me and let me know one was coming in and if I was interested in it. I ended up purchacing my 2005 R1200GS a week later. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I was able to ride my trade in to the dealership and ride my new bike home the same day. The parts department had most of the accecories I was looking for on hand and those that were not so common the offered to mail to my home. The experience I've had dealing with BMW of North Dallas is well worth the three hour drive to get there. They have even been willing to assist me with looking up my next set of gear for the bike while I'm deployed to Afghanistan. I own three bikes: a 2007 Triumph Tiger 1050, a 2004 Triumph Bonneville and a 1999 Ural. I bought the first two at BMW Triumph of North Dallas and had a very straightforward and easy buying experience. I have also had all three serviced there, ordered numerous parts and even had a sidecar added to my Bonneville. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and the service is thorough and fast. And while it's sometimes a pain to get a ride to pick up or drop off a bike, they offer an impromptu shuttle service to and from the George Bush DART station. I will certainly continue doing business with this dealership!

I called on Tuesday morning after I decided to surprise my sweet husband with a Triumph Scrambler for his 50th birthday; he had been ogling this bike for months. He has been planning on saving his pennies and buying a bike in a year or 2. He has also been fighting stage 4 metastatic renal cell cancer for the past year and a half, never complaining. I meet an awesome bunch of helpful and kind fellows at BMW/European Cycle of North Dallas who walked me thru the buying process and even had the bike delivered by a super cancer survivor who set the bike up in the entry hall on Thursday afternoon.
